What are the policies for Returns & refunds?

At Siddiqui Officers Shop, we take pride in our craftsmanship and maintain a less than 1% defect rate. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to assist you.

Our Policy:
✔ Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide a clear photograph showing the issue.
✔ Replacement & Refunds: Once we verify the defect, we will either reproduce the item or issue a refund within 5 days.
✔ Shipping Costs: If a return is required, we will cover the shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
✔ Reproduction Process: Any reproduced items will follow the original production time and shipping method.

Please Note:
✖ Since each uniform is custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality.
✖ We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or prefer a different product.
✖ All sales are final.

What do you mean by a 100% satisfaction guarantee?

At Siddiqui Officers Shop, we stand by the quality of our products. If there’s a quality issue with your order, contact us, and we will replace any defective units free of charge.

Can I return my order if I do not like it?

At Siddiqui Officers Shop, we take quality seriously. While quality issues are rare, they can happen, and we strive to resolve them as quickly as possible.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us immediately and attach a clear photograph showing the issue. We will review and address it accordingly.

✔ Defective Items: We will reproduce or refund defective items after verifying the issue.
✔ No Returns for Non-Quality Reasons: Since each uniform is custom-made, we do not accept returns for preference changes or order cancellations.
✔ Final Sale: We cannot refund or reproduce orders if you simply decide you no longer want them or prefer a different product.
